Refund Policy
We are happy to provide high quality badminton programs to youth and adult at an affordable priced but in order to do so, when parents register for a program, they must share the liability with the club and agree to the 4 terms of our refund policy.
Term 1
For missed class(es), a participant is able to take two make up classes before the term ends. Please call the front desk for re-scheduling the time. No Walk In please.
Term 2
Withdrawals with a full refund up to one week before the start of the program will be charged a $50 administration fee. Withdrawals after this date, but before the start of the program will be charged a $75 administration fee.
Term 3
No refunds will be issued after the start of the program. No exceptions, medical or otherwise.
Term 4
If the club cancels a program before it begins, we will refund in full.
If one or more classes are cancelled (e.g., weather or any reason beyond our control) the club will refund the participant for the missed class(es).
